Share Generated Certificates with Respondent and Other People

Smart Certificates allows you to automatically share generated certificates with:

• Viewer
  Enter comma-separated email addresses to give view-only access.

• Editor
  Enter comma-separated email addresses to give edit access.

• Commenter
  Enter comma-separated email addresses to allow commenting on the file.

• 📩 Form respondents (via their submitted email)

• 👥 Additional people (team, instructors, parents, etc.)

How Sharing Works

• Open the Smart Certificates add-on from your Google Form.

• Go to the Storage & Sharing section.

• Under File Sharing you can allow Share Generated Certificates

Example Use Case

An event organizer collects registration via Google Form.

Each certificate is:

• Generated based on the participant’s input

Emailed to both:

• The participant ({{Email}})
• The event manager (events@company.com)
