Mapping Form Fields to Placeholders
Map your Google Form question titles to placeholders in the Slides template.
- Placeholders are automatically detected from your selected template.
- Manual mapping is available if a match isn’t found.
Merging Images from File Upload
To include respondent images (e.g., profile photo or ID):
- Add a File Upload question to your form.
- Map it to an image placeholder in your template (e.g.,
{{Photo}}). - The image will be inserted and scaled proportionally.
🔐 Important: Uploaded files must have “Anyone with the link can view” access. Otherwise, the certificate generator won’t be able to insert the image.
QR Code Generation
Generate a unique QR code for each certificate by selecting a form field to encode.
- Ideal fields: Email address, certificate number, or custom ID.
- Use the
{{QR}}placeholder to insert the QR code into the certificate.
