How do I map placeholders to form fields?
In the add-on sidebar, use the Placeholder Mapper section to link placeholders to your Google Form questions. Auto-detection is supported, but manual mapping is also possible.Can I include a photo or logo in certificates?
Yes. Add a File Upload field to your form, then map it to an image placeholder like{{Photo}}.📌 Make sure the uploaded image is shared with anyone with the link.
How does QR code verification work?
When you mapVerification Link and choose to merge as QR, a unique code will be added to each certificate. Scanning it opens a public verification page with certificate details.
Can I send different certificates based on form answers?
Yes, you can configure multiple templates and use conditional logic to select which certificate to send based on specific form responses.How do I bulk generate certificates?
Go to the Google Form response tab, open the add-on, and use:- Generate Certificates and Send
- Generate Certificates only
This is useful for testing or catching missed entries.
