Your privacy matters. GW Add-ons runs entirely within your Google Account—your data is never stored, shared, or uploaded externally.

We only collect your email address (with your permission) for licensing and updates. All data is securely stored using Google Firebase and handled according to Google’s privacy policies.

What We Collect

• Email address via secure Google OAuth 2.0 authentication

• No login credentials or personal files are accessed or stored

• No use of your data for marketing, ads, or resale

How We Use Your Data

• Enable licensing & updates

• Provide core app functionality

• Maintain user sessions (temporarily, in-browser only)

Data Deletion

• Uninstall the add-on or contact us to delete your info

• Deletion requests processed within 5 business days

Revoke Access

To remove permissions:

• Go to Google Account Permissions

• Find our add-on → Remove Access

AI Usage

Data sent to AI (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) is not stored

• Responses appear in session history only

• Subject to provider privacy terms

Payments

• We never store card info

• Payments handled via PayPal or Cashfree

• Emails may be used for invoices and product updates

Compliance

• Limited Use requirements
